- Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak seasons and holidays, there may be shipping delays. We will notify you of any significant delays that affect your order.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or USPS First Class Mail (1-4 business days).
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the service selected.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide using USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail:
- USPS Priority Mail: Delivery time ranges from 6-15 business days.
- USPS First Class Mail: Delivery time is estimated between 2-6 weeks and includes insurance coverage.
- Orders with free shipping are sent via USPS First Class Mail.
Please note:
- Customs clearance and tax fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. We do not ship orders as gifts, and it is the buyer's responsibility to cover any additional fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once the USPS confirms delivery of your package, FITMENTEAM is no longer responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. To resolve these issues:
- Contact your local post office or visit USPS.com to file a claim directly with USPS.
- Please note that orders shipped via First Class Mail do not include insurance. If you prefer insured shipping, consider selecting Priority Mail during checkout.
