FITMENTEAM® was created from a vision that started with innovation, performance, and a need that the fitness market was not fully serving.

Before FITMENTEAM®, we began with SQUATS TEAM®, a women’s fitness brand created to give women a better way to train, sweat, support their core, and feel confident during movement. At the time, most waist trainers on the market were uncomfortable, painful, restrictive, and not designed for real training. They focused more on compression than performance.

We wanted to create something different.

The idea was to develop a belt that combined waist training, core support, lower-back support, compression, and sweat-enhancing benefits in one product. A belt that could be worn during workouts, cardio, walking, training, and daily movement — not just for appearance, but for function.

The product was publicly released in 2015, and the response from women showed us there was a real need for a better fitness belt.

That success inspired the next step: FITMENTEAM®.

CREATED WITH MEN IN MIND

After seeing the impact of our women’s belt, we noticed something important: men did not have a true blueprint for a multi-purpose training belt designed specifically for their needs.

Most waist-training products were still made mainly for women. Men who wanted core support, lower-back support, compression, sweat-enhancing benefits, and a powerful training fit had very limited options.

FITMENTEAM® was created to fill that gap.

We took the concept to another level and developed a stronger, performance-focused line with men in mind — built for training, support, confidence, and everyday movement.
