CONTRAINDICATIONS, WARNINGS & LIABILITY NOTICE

This product is intended for fitness support, compression, posture awareness, and workout assistance only. It is not a medical device, weight-loss product, treatment, pain-relief device, or heavy-duty lifting belt.

FITMENTEAM® and SQUATS TEAM® make no guarantees regarding weight loss, fat loss, inch loss, body contouring, medical improvement, pain relief, athletic performance, or any specific results. Increased perspiration or temporary compression does not indicate permanent fat loss.

Use only as directed. Do not overtighten or wear the belt in a manner that restricts breathing, circulation, digestion, or normal movement.

Recommended wear time is 2–4 hours during physical activity. Do not wear while sleeping, eating, or during prolonged periods of inactivity.

This belt is intended to provide external support during exercise and everyday activities. Always use proper lifting technique and appropriate safety practices when exercising.

Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, recovering from surgery, or have any medical condition that may be affected by compression garments or physical activity.

Discontinue use immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, numbness, tingling, swelling, bruising, skin irritation, rash, or unusual discomfort.

By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for selecting the correct size, using the product safely, and following all instructions and warnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FITMENTEAM® and SQUATS TEAM® shall not be liable for injuries, damages, adverse reactions, or losses resulting from misuse, improper sizing, overtightening, unsafe exercise practices, failure to follow instructions, or use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product.

MATERIAL & ALLERGY NOTICE

FITMENTEAM® and SQUATS TEAM® belts are latex-free. Products may contain neoprene, rubber, leather, nylon, polyester, hook-and-loop fasteners, or other fitness-grade materials. If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or known material sensitivities, discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult your healthcare provider if necessary.

GLOVE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth after use. Turn the gloves inside out and wipe the interior with a damp cloth. Apply leather conditioner when appropriate to help maintain the material. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

BELT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or use fabric softener. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight while drying. Pat dry with a clean towel and allow the belt to air dry completely before storing.
