FITMENTEAM®, SQUATS TEAM®, FITMENTEAM.COM®, SQUATSTEAM.COM®, associated logos, product images, website content, graphics, videos, advertising materials, marketing assets, copyrights, trademarks, and trade dress are owned by or licensed to FMT & FGT LLC.
Certain FITMENTEAM® products are protected by intellectual property owned by FMT IP LLC, including but not limited to United States Design Patent D813,320 S, together with any continuations, improvements, licensing rights, trade dress rights, copyrights, common law rights, and related intellectual property protections.
Unauthorized copying, manufacturing, importing, exporting, distributing, advertising, marketing, listing, offering for sale, selling, reproducing, modifying, reverse engineering, white labeling, private labeling, creating derivative works, or otherwise exploiting FITMENTEAM® products or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
This prohibition includes, without limitation:
- Manufacturing products substantially similar to FITMENTEAM® protected designs.
- Importing or distributing products that infringe upon FITMENTEAM® intellectual property rights.
- Using FITMENTEAM® product photographs, videos, graphics, advertising materials, website content, customer reviews, marketing assets, or proprietary content without written authorization.
- Using FITMENTEAM®, SQUATS TEAM®, or confusingly similar names, branding, trademarks, trade dress, packaging, product appearances, or marketing materials.
- Creating knockoff, replica, counterfeit, imitation, or substantially similar products intended to confuse consumers or capitalize on FITMENTEAM® goodwill.
- Using FITMENTEAM® intellectual property on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta platforms, websites, marketplaces, social media platforms, fulfillment centers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or any other sales channel without authorization.
FMT & FGT LLC and FMT IP LLC actively monitor domestic and international markets for infringement and reserve all rights and remedies available under federal, state, and international law, including claims involving patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, trade dress infringement, unfair competition, false advertising, false designation of origin, counterfeiting, and related unlawful conduct.
FMT & FGT LLC and FMT IP LLC reserve the right to pursue legal action, injunctive relief, monetary damages, attorney's fees where permitted by law, marketplace takedowns, customs enforcement actions, and all other remedies available under applicable law.
NO RESELLER AUTHORIZATION
Unless expressly authorized in writing by FMT & FGT LLC or FMT IP LLC, no person or entity may advertise, market, distribute, manufacture, represent, or resell FITMENTEAM® products as an authorized reseller, distributor, representative, partner, affiliate, or dealer.
Any unauthorized representation may result in legal action.
COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS
The manufacture, importation, exportation, distribution, advertising, sale, promotion, or possession for commercial purposes of counterfeit or infringing products may result in legal action.
Customers purchasing FITMENTEAM® products from unauthorized sellers do so at their own risk. FITMENTEAM® cannot guarantee authenticity, warranty coverage, product quality, safety, or customer support for products purchased through unauthorized channels.
PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER
FITMENTEAM® products are intended for fitness, exercise, training, support, and wellness purposes only.
No statement made on this website, in advertising materials, product packaging, social media content, videos, customer testimonials, or other communications constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition.
