FITMENTEAM® Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At FITMENTEAM®, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness products that are delivered brand new and unused.

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

By purchasing from FITMENTEAM®, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


NO RETURNS

For sanitary and safety reasons, FITMENTEAM® does not accept returns on any products, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness Belts
  • Waist Training Belts
  • Gloves
  • Apparel
  • Accessories

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, and product specifications before completing your purchase.


EXCHANGES (LIMITED EXCEPTION)

FITMENTEAM® offers exchanges only under limited circumstances.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of odors, stains, pet hair, smoke, perfumes, deodorant marks, or damage.
  • All original tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must pass inspection by our warehouse upon receipt.
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for an exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

EXCHANGE FEE

A $20 Exchange Processing Fee applies to all approved U.S. exchanges.

This fee covers:

  • Prepaid USPS return shipping label
  • Processing and inspection of the returned item
  • Shipping of the replacement item
  • International customers must contact FITMENTEAM® for exchange shipping rates.

The exchange fee is non-refundable.


HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include:

Full name

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos showing original packaging and tags

Exchange requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be approved.


EXCHANGES FOR INCORRECT SIZE ORDERS

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

If an incorrect size is ordered, an exchange may be approved if all exchange requirements are met.

The $20 Exchange Processing Fee will apply.

We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide before purchasing.


WAREHOUSE ERRORS

If FITMENTEAM® ships the wrong item, color, or size, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

In such cases:

  • A prepaid return label will be provided.
  • FITMENTEAM® will cover all shipping costs.
  • The correct item will be shipped after the incorrect item has been received and verified.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

FITMENTEAM® reserves the right to determine whether a replacement is warranted.

All approved exchanges must include the completed FITMENTEAM® Return / Exchange Form inside the package.

Orders returned without this completed form may be delayed, denied, or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


IMPORTANT POLICY TERMS

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • FITMENTEAM® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • FITMENTEAM® is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges on international orders.
  • International shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • FITMENTEAM® reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.

NO-EXCEPTIONS POLICY

To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, FITMENTEAM® strictly enforces this policy.

Any item returned without authorization or that fails inspection requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

No exceptions will be made.


AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing an order on any FITMENTEAM® website, marketplace, social media platform, or sales channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy.
